This project spotlight is an overview of the type of campaigns put together for the presale team while working as a Associate Creative Director at Elevance Health, Inc. where I acted as the art director, designer, project coordinator, task master, coordinator with agencies, vendors and freelancers, internal clients and moved it all seamlessly at a manic, always in a rush pace — and never missed a deadline!

These campaigns typically consisted of: RFPs, executive summaries, brochures and giveaways, package design, finalist presentations, printed leave-behinds and online landing pages. Typical turn around on these types of projects are within 2-3 weeks, which includes writing. Tight deadlines like these mean keeping designers and vendors organized, schedules constantly reviewed, and clear communication. Rhea art directed, delegated, or worked directly on hundreds of collateral campaign pieces per year, helping to mold and grow overall sales.
