PowerPoints often transcend their digital platform, finding themselves printed and offered as handouts during sales meetings, mailed as brochures, or formally presented as booklets. In such scenarios, they demand an upgraded aesthetic appeal.

To ensure presentations transition seamlessly to print, bypassing the limitations of traditional design software, a touch of creativity is essential in the final output. Addressing this, Rhea Bishop and her team innovated a printed booklet solution wherein the deck could be printed and inserted into a preprinted hardcover booklet, three-hole punched, and assembled with grommets. The vendors collaborated with us on the design and the process of file production to guarantee precise printing. Other solutions were employed, such as clear poly covers with fixed binding, and simpler, quicker options like spiral binding. Since these often needed to be produced and printed within a 48-hour window, the solutions needed to be designed well in advance, and straightforward for efficient turnaround.
