Creative Workshops and Mood Boards serve as catalysts in initiating projects. They function as a means to transcend beyond the required, to challenge our pre-established notions, and liberate our thinking. To free our minds. A great place to start.

Part of Rhea Bishop's inventive process is to start with Creative Workshops, conducted to fully grasp the project's requirements. Clients were requested to complete questionnaires and subsequently, a Mood Board was crafted. This approach has proven to be extremely effective in setting things in motion. When Rhea was involved in a multitude of presale projects, she realized that despite her team’s swift pace, the design team often were on hold until the copy themes and prerequisites were clearly identified from the RFP. To counter this stall, Rhea devised a Mood Board template, promoting forward movement in the process while researching and accruing valuable insights about the client. This includes researching their brand, evaluating their website and annual reports, understanding their mission, identity, and unique aspects. In addition, relevant images are selected, color palettes and templates are put together and then approved. This way, it is all at the ready when the copy is completed.
