CARES – Legacy Emanuel

CARES volunteer for Randall Children’s Hospital at Legacy Emanuel Northwest program — helping to protect children and healing lives. This program helps to end child abuse in Multnomah and Washington counties. During child abuse evaluations, Rhea helps to watch, play, tend to and distract the children while they wait during these stressful times.
